I think that dinosaurs died by the meter showers and volcanic exploitation and when it happened there my have cause new types of gas in the air that the dinosaurs could not take. Also it could have been the ice age that killed the dinosaurs with the hurricane or weather. I think its much a mystery and i belive theres still lie a water dinosaur because they discovery a beast or creater called lockness monster which if it was alive i would think its a dinosaur.
The hypotheses that i find believable from the scientist is that asteroid damage the dinosaurs life's. When the scientist made this prediction i did believe it because things that come out of the sky would hit the earth and causes damages. The damages are the smoke and the chemicals. The chemicals inside of the asteroid would spread if it hits the ground hard. It would get into the air and it spaces out. When it does that, it gets into the dinosaurs food(plants) and in themselves.
The plant in the atmosphere die because of the sunlight and heat. They said some seeds and roots of the plants had a big chance of surviving from the lightless period. That's how the plants stop growing and died. The plant esters died but the meat eaters didnt die becuase they had meat to eat it was just the plants that didnt survied when they had a big chance to survie them.

i think Dinosaurs still are alive .I just think that there are on a island that was never discovered and they are still here because we still have turtles and lizards.what are turtles and lizards? well turtles and lizards are related to Dinosaurs.

Asteroid impact is believable because many asteroids have hit the earth and has done many damage. It wouldn't be a surprise if an asteroid impact caused dinosaurs to die. It is very possible.
65 Million Years Ago: Dinosaurs were carnivorous animals who used to walk the earth as the supreme dominant rulers of this world. Before humans were born. Then later a meteoroid came and hit around the Gulf of Mexico. That was what wiped out all the dinosaurs. There were no buildings or cars or streets neither anything we have today. All their was is a land of grass and other dinosaurs, such as the t-rex. The damages were the smoke and chemicals once the dinosaurs eat the food that the asteroid smoke got into, it will cost the dinosaurs to die out. Now dinosaurs are known as extinct animals.

My hypotheses to what happen to the dinosaurs is that a asteroid impact. I say this for a few reasons.One reason is because of the impact crater was 150 miles faster than a jet airplane.Another reason is because of the lava flows which lasted 500,000 years leading up to the dinosaurs extinction. Then the sea level also seems to have dropped drastically which put the Cretaceous period.These are reasons to explain why I have chosen that the asteroid impact put the Dinosaurs to extinction.

I strongest agree about the asteroid impact. When i watched the little story and when Mr.B explained it then i saw when everything happened. A big dust cloud went a block the sun and killed all the dinosaurs. Now the Volcanic eruption is possible. The volcano could have erupted and killed all the dinosaurs by the heat.
I believe a meteor crashed on earth. Scientist believe said after the meteor hit a dust cloud flew up a blocked the sun. I believe this because if the sun was blocked out the plants would die. If the plants died the herbivores and would have no food source and they would die too. There is a food chain and plants are at the bottom of it. When herbivores died the predators that ate they died too. As each bottom parts of the chain died the predators died with them. The next part of the chain to go was the omnivores. When the lower species of dinosaurs died the food source was limited. Since the food was limited pretty soon they were all gone, even the Tyrannosaurus Rex died as well.
So it all started with meteor and Earth's atmosphere. So in space there was a meteor shower forming and then most of them fell on earth and then others floated around the atmosphere.Then A huge meteor came and then killed Some of the dinosaurs and the plants burned. The other dinosaurs that were herbivores died out because there was no plants to eat.Then the carnivores had nothing to eat after the herbivores died. Also they couldn't eat each other because They all starved to death.

When it gotten very cold, the animals didn't get used to it, and they died. Another reason why they died was because they didn't have any food to eat. I think that the dinosaurs could've got extinct by a volcanic explosion because volanoes do explode and when they do, they destroy a lot of things. I guess if one eruption is big enough it could wipe out the whole earth. Also maybe a meteor could hit the earth and be strong enough to spread across the whole earth and be as strong as a whole bunch of bombs that it leaves the whole earth in darkness.Those are the two theiories that I believe in.
I think the reason why dinosaur die is because the asteroid. The asteroid hit the coast. The a dust flew up in the sky. Then because hard for dinosaurs to survives especially herbivores. Also i think that volcanic theory is why they got killed. This theory says all dinosaurs died because a lot volcanoes erupting.
I believe the most plausible explanation is the meteor/comet theory. The meteor theory is that a meteor(asteroid) flew to Earth at 30kmh with A force of 300 million atomic blast. Earth's atmosphere filled with dust and gas from the impact of the blast and forset fires. Life, starved of sunlight for months. the majority of life on Earth perished. Because of the blast, greenhouse gases were created.
Another hypotheses I believe is the volcano theory. The Volcano theory or Volcanism is very plausible because Not only would Dinosaurs die out, most life would also die out. The Earth would gain more land because Lava+Water=Land. The water is the rain whether or not it's acid.
These two theories could be plausible and the most plausible in my opinion.

Thier are a lot of hypotheses that scientist belived that answered what happened to the dinosaurs. The hypothese i believe most strongly about is the asteriod impact & the continetal Drift. This is the hypotheses i feel most strong about because,i think its more logical in my opinion. I was watching the discovery channel and they found evidance of on astriod that hit the planet. Another thing they said was that scientist say the same impact is going to happen. If so that needs to be a belief. The drift is another belief i feel strong about. I think this is another possiblilty of what happened to the dinosaurs because, the contentents changed it changed the dinosaurs ecosystem. This caused alot of dinosaurs to die. Both of my belief's changed the dinosaurs ecosytem. The Astriod changed it because it ended it! It wiped them out. The drift changed the ecosystem as well. This is so because all 7 contentents were togethor, but then they departed from each other. That changed everything because in the dessert for example it used to have lots of water and now it dosent. All living things need water to survive. So because the dinosaurs didnt have the water, the dinosaurs died. That changed everything and they died. There is a good possibility that we will never know what REALLY wiped out the dinosaurs from the face of the Earth. If I had to take a wild guess though, on the top two hypothesis' that killed the dinosaurs, I'd have to say an asteroid/ commit or the eruption of volcanoes. During the time period that the dinosaurs ruled the Earth, it was known as a cretaceous time period. Therefore it would be an educated guess to say that an asteroid did indeed wipe out the dinosaurs. The other possibility is that the eruption of volcanoes caused the dinosaurs to all die. During that time more volcanoes erupted and they were mostly likely more dangerous and most likely had a fatal effect than volcanoes do now. In essence, what REALLY killed the dinosaur may stay a mystery for millions of more years to come.

I have to hypotheses for my answer of how the dinosaurs died. One of my hypothese is that the meteor showers made them go extinc. My second hypothese is they couldn't adapt to the changes in they're enviroment. I choose the enviroment hypothese because i don't think the dinosaurs could adapt to the weather changes. The other hypothese I choose was the meteor shower and I choose that one because Meteors hit the earth alot back in those times and it would cause big impacts pending on how big the meteors were and would change the enviroment and cause the weather chang. That's why I choose these two hypotheses.
